F3C Badge FAQs

No. While VIP guests will get a reserve ticket to book a special guest game along with early access to book additional events, we will add more special guest events after general event registration opens. Weekend badge holders will have an opportunity to play with special guests, however registration for those events will likely go very fast. Those events will be added at an undisclosed time a day or two after general event registration opens.

There are a limited number of volunteer spots available.  We recommend purchasing a badge if you have the means.

If you are selected to be a volunteer we can help facilitate a badge transfer to another attendee or provide a full refund if you initially purchased a badge.

Yes, the process is fairly easy and free! Visit Rallypoint.events for details.

While you do need to provide your Legal name for badge pickup at the convention, when you log into Rallypoint you will be asked if you would like to specify a preferred name. This is the name we will print on your badge. Your legal name will only be used to match your photo ID to your account at badge pickup.

Yes, you can purchase up to 4 badges with one account. You may only purchase a total of two Premier badges and two VIP Badges.

For example: Patrick purchases One Premier badge, One VIP badge, and two weekend badges on the same account. Sarah purchases four weekend badges on the same account. Kelly purchases two VIP badges and two weekend badges on the same account.

Yes! You’re easily able to purchase an extra badge for a friend and transfer it from your account to theirs. Access the ‘transfer badge’ link from your badge page on Rallypoint events. You’ll need the email address of the person you will be transferring the badge to.

Yes, daily badges will be released and available for purchase closer to the start of the convention.

Yes! Any badges that are transferred prior to the room block link being distributed will be automatically emailed to transferred badges. Just make sure your email account has added hello@final3con.com to your safe sender list.

If you received a badge transfer after the hotel block has opened send an email to hello@final3con.com and we will send the room block link.

VIP & Premier Badge FAQs

Premier guests will receive an extra 5 days of early access to book their hotel room as well as register for events.

No. You will need to book your hotel room through the room block.

We will send an email with a special guest game preference form and manually assign a game according to your preferences. This email will go out sometime in early 2027. Be on the look out in your email and be sure to add vip@final3con.com and hello@final3con.com to your email contact list.

VIP Badge holders will have 2 weeks to book events prior to Weekend badge holders gaining access.
