Want to record your next Clocktower session, board game, or event? We’ve got a space for that! Final Three Con offers a limited number of private filming time slots throughout the weekend in our dedicated Recording Room.

Booking
Content Creator Partners get first right of refusal on booking recording space, however the room opens to the general public on December 1st, 2026. Spots are limited and available on a first come, first served basis after that, so grab your slot early!
Purchasing a Filming License is how you reserve your time in the Recording Room. There’s no separate booking step, just choose the length of session you need from the pricing below.

Filming Licenses are fully refundable through January 30th. No refunds are available after January 30th.
Details
Bring in lighting, decorations, or extra equipment to make your session your own! Everything just needs to comply with convention and venue policies around props and signage, and power is limited to the outlets available in the space. All decorating and setup time is included within your booked time slot, unless you’ve made other arrangements with us in advance.
Good to Know
- The space must be vacated by the end of your time slot. Groups that run over will not be granted additional time. If you need more setup time, purchase a larger license or email us in advance.
- Anyone participating in a filmed session must have a valid convention badge.
- All participants must follow all Final Three Con policies for the duration of their session.
- The group recording must sign an agreement confirming everyone being filmed has consented, and that Final Three, LLC is not liable for anything that occurs during the session.
