Early Registration
Early registration will be open from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Friday, April 14th in the Dallas room. If you are at the hotel and have an event scheduled prior to 7pm on Friday, we strongly encourage you to pick up your badge early.
Registration
Normal registration will begin at 4:00pm in the Foyer and be open until 12:00am.
Badge Information
Badges will be printed in accordance with the survey and form submissions you sent, and your Badge Identity will be the information you’ll need to share when you arrive at the registration desk.
We will send out an email a few days before the con, reiterating the information you provided for badge pickup along with the merch you’ve pre-ordered. Please make sure hello@clocktowercon.com is whitelisted in your email.
Merch Item Pick Up
If you pre-ordered merch or included it as an add-on we will provide you with a card at registration when you pick up your badge. The card will have all the details of what merch you ordered and you’ll exchange the card for your items at the merch booth. We humbly ask that you not overload the merch booth right when you get your badge. The merch booth will be open throughout the weekend and if there is a line, you’re welcome to pick up your items at a later time. Anything that was pre-ordered will be held for attendees until Sunday evening at 9pm.
Covid Protocols
Vaccination: All attendees are required to have their full COVID vaccine. By full vaccination, that means the first two doses (or single dose of Johnson and Johnson). Boosters are not required but are strongly encouraged. Attendees must be able to present their vaccination card or photo of their vaccination card (or other appropriate proof of vaccination if vaccines obtained from outside the US) and a matching valid government ID when they present to the registration desk in order to obtain their badge. We will not be permitting vaccination exemption for religious or medical reasons.
Name Changes: If for some reason your name has changed or there is a discrepancy between your ID and your vaccination card, we will rely on your date of birth.
COVID Testing: We do not plan to require a negative COVID test for entry to the convention for healthy individuals. However, COVID tests will be available on site.
Masking: Masking will not be required for entry to the convention. The CDC currently has the District of Columbia as a “Low” level community for COVID infections. In accordance with CDC policy, masks in low level communities are not required. If you are travelling in from anywhere outside of Washington DC, please check your county’s Community Level and mask appropriately. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/covid-by-county.html
Health and Safety: Our priority is the health and safety of all attendees. Our COVID policies and masking rules are being overseen by a member of our leadership team who is a registered nurse.
Exposures and ill-feeling attendees: If you have had known contact with someone with COVID or are feeling ill at the time of the convention, you will be required to provide a negative test at the time of attendance and masking for such individuals will be mandatory.
